Car Park Attendants

Our car park attendants are responsible for ensuring compliance with the parking policy. They can also be tasked with providing information and speaking to problem parkers.

Further, parking attendants can be used for:

• monitoring due compliance with the parking policy;
• managing equipment;
• repairing minor faults;
• operating the check-out;
• supervising cleaning services in the car parks;
• answering visitors’ questions;
• preventing vandalism and theft;

Our staff are trained to adequately respond to irregularities or people exhibiting aggressive behavior. They act quickly and appropriately in unsafe or undesired situations.
