Alarm verification

It is important that immediate and adequate follow-up takes place as soon as an alarm sounds. The security officers of Randstad Bewaking are on-site quickly to conduct a thorough investigation into the cause of the alarm.

If damage is identified, the security officer immediately acts to facilitate the repairs of, for example, broken glass or damaged locks. He will compile a digital on-site report with a smartphone, if necessary with the addition of photographs. The report is sent to the customer by e-mail.
