Security is a profession that demands practical skills and theoretical knowledge. At Randstad Bewaking we demand the highest standards from our personnel. This starts with the selection process. A pre-employment check is an essential part of this procedure. Potential employees are tested on a large number of personal qualities: from service-oriented attitude to stress-resistance and contractual skills. Only at this point does the training begin. This can include various branch-oriented educational programmes and courses, dependent on the level of the appointment. Each new employee goes through a thorough basic course, which can be supplemented with a large number of extra modules.
