The man or woman at the other end of the phone is very often the first contact that customers make with your company. It is therefore quite natural to place high demands on the quality of your telephonists.

A good telephonist is not only your company or organisation’s calling card, but can also increase the efficiency of the communication flow. This is why the job description of the telephonist involves more than just a ‘friendly voice on the phone’. It is equally important to have knowledge of etiquette, the ability to quickly analyse the situation during a call and to respond correctly to customers who are dissatisfied with service.

These telephonists have already been selected for you by Randstad Bewaking. We have our own internal course that involves training on how to react to many different situations, using various equipment and systems. Part of our service is a lengthy ‘break-in’ period in cooperation with both your and our staff.
