Alarm response

A good alarm system is one thing; a fast and effective alarm response is something else altogether. Randstad Bewaking is highly specialised in alarm response. Our high-powered organisation allows us to swiftly send one or more surveillance officers to the scene.

You can expect these officers to react alertly and adequately, while remaining calm and in control. If the alarm can be tackled without further help, the surveillance officer will draw up a report and inform you about the cause. Should the alarm necessitate the help of specialized services such as the police, the fire brigade or medical help, the officer will coordinate all these activities.

Once all action has been taken and the situation is back to normal, the surveillance officer is the last to leave the scene. The officer, in his turn, can count on the support of a reliable alarm centre. This is (at least) doubly manned, by experienced personnel, 24 hours a day and 7 days week. Randstad Bewaking will of course also work closely together with your own (security) personnel or services.
